Hana Eddib is an arts administrator and artist from Westchester, New York, with a passion for representation, collaboration, and community engagement. As the proud daughter of two immigrant parents from Morocco, Hana has appreciated  exploring her culture and heritage and finding a place for it in the arts. Hana has enjoyed combining her love for performing alongside her passion for administrative work to make the arts a more inclusive and accessible field. She is a big believer in using the arts to expose others to differing life experiences with the goal of stimulating dynamic conversation. 

Hana has served with Primary Stages Theatre company as their Marketing and Development Intern, gaining experience in fostering connections with stakeholders in order to create an impactful artistic experience on behalf of an organization. As the Elon University Performing Arts Acting Program’s Department Assistant, Hana has been fortunate enough to serve as a representative of the Acting program through prospective student auditions days, conducting Q and A sessions , running facility tours and more. She also started the first weekly newsletter for the program, “Worth Repeating,” with goals to connect the program community and strengthen communication. Working as the Team Lead of Operations with Teaching and Learning Technologies at Elon, Hana has grown as a manager and supervisor. She has invaluable experience handling internal affairs as well as leading the hiring process, conducting weekly staff meetings, and creating the staff schedule every semester. 

In 2020, Hana had the opportunity to conduct research on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion statements relative to the theatre and cinema industry. Being able to conduct her research, Hana has found opportunities for growth in the arts community and knows that there is a strong potential for the arts to become a field that is holistically inclusive and accessible.
